Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 gal
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- rice - 1 c
How to make rice pudding:
In a 5-quart saucepan, put rice and milk. Heat and stir until boiling. Stir until rice gets thick and creamy. Turn off burner and stir in salt, sugar, oleo, vanilla and eggs. Sprinkle with cinnamon.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
