Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1/4 c
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- cooked green beans - 1 c
- chicken, cooked - 2 c
- pastry for a 2 crust pie
How to make chicken pie:
Cook carrots, onions and celery with thyme and pepper in margarine until tender. Stir in soup, chicken and green beans. Pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan and cover top with another pastry. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
