- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- honey - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make curry glazed chicken:
Melt butter and other ingredients in shallow baking pan. Roll chicken in mixture, covering completely. Place chicken, skin side up, in pan and bake for 1 hour at 375°. Microwave: Use skinless chicken. Cover and cook on High for 20 to 25 minutRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
