Chicken parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- dried oregano - 1 tsp
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- Season-All
- chicken breast fillets - 6 item
- flour or bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make chicken parmesan:
Add first 9 ingredients together. Simmer sauce while cooking chicken. Dip breast fillets in beaten egg, then in flour or bread crumbs. Saute in oil until brown.Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then with 1 cup shredded Mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
