Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- lemon juice fresh - 2 Tbsp
- Marsala wine - 1 c
- mushrooms or 19 small - 12 item
How to make chicken marsala:
Flatten and brown chicken breasts in butter for 5 to 6 minutes. Take chicken out and add next 3 ingredients. Put in mushrooms and cook; then add the wine. Serve and garnish with parsley.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
