Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 item
  • mayo - 1/3 c
  • Marsala wine - 1/2 c
  • chicken breasts skinless and boneless is best - 4 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup or use 1/2 can mushrooms and 1/2 can cream of chicken soup - 1 item

How to make chicken marsala:

Arrange chicken in shallow casserole dish, 9 x 13 Pyrex. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sour cream, mayo and wine. Mix ingredients well and pour over chicken breasts. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 1 hour. Serve with white rice. The chicken and sauce over the rice is delicious. Serves 4.
