Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 tbsp
- chicken breast - 4 item
- Marsala wine - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms pieces
How to make chicken marsala:
Dredge chicken in flour and brown in butter. Place in baking dish. Put a little more butter in frying pan and brown mushrooms. Add wine and bring to boil. Pour over chicken. Bake 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
