- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- 8 oz - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1 Tbsp
- red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped onions - 3 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- frying chicken, cut up - 1 item
- dry sage leaves - 1 tsp
How to make barbecued chicken:
Wash chicken pieces. Pat dry with paper towels; set aside. Keep at room temperature for at least 1 hour before grilling.
