Chicken lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese
- lasagna noodles, cooked - 8 item
- wine - 1/2 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- American cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- seasoning to taste - 1 item
- or 4 cooked, boned chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces - 3 item
How to make chicken lasagna:
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.Mix #1: Saute onion in butter; blend in cream cheese. Remove from heat. Blend in cottage cheese, egg and seasonings.
Mix #2: Soup, milk, wine and chicken.
Spray 9 x 13-inch dish with Pam. Layer half the noodles. Mix #1, Mix #2 and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Top with American cheese (cook or refrigerate). Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
