Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- cooked chicken, diced - 3 c
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 3/4
- noodles, cooked
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Saute mushrooms in butter; add salt, pepper, chicken, undiluted soup and sour cream. Mix well. Drain noodles. Arrange in layers with chicken mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 40 minutes. Add chicken broth if mixture is too thick.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
