- Swiss cheese - 1 item
- cream of chicken soup - 1 1
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 3 item
- bread crumbs or crackers - 1 item
- cooking red wine optional - 1 item
How to make swiss chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°. Butter the bottom of a pan or glass casserole dish. Cut up chicken into small chunks and then put in the pan. Add your cream of chicken soup and slightly blend in with chicken. Mix in a couple of tablespoons of wine, if desired. Then add a layer of sliced Swiss cheese on top. Last sprinkle your bread crumbs or crumbled crackers for a top layer.
