Seafood lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cottage cheese
- basil - 2 tsp
- onion - 1 c
- can crabmeat - 1 oz
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- sharp cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- shrimp, cooked - 1 lb
- large lasagna noodles - 8 item
How to make seafood lasagna:
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain well. Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Saute onion in butter in skillet. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Spread one-half of the mixture over the noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine in bowl. Stir in shrimp and crabmeat. Spread one-half of mixture over cottage cheese layer. Repeat layers again. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with the shredded sharp cheese and bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese has melted. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Pasta, Scallops, Lasagna.
