Ingredients/Components
- chicken, cooked and diced - 4 c
- shredded cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cottage cheese
- onion, chopped - 1/2 med
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- mushrooms, drained - 6 oz
- chopped pimientos - 2 oz
- lasagna noodles - 1 pkg
- parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make chicken lasagna:
Cook, drain and rinse lasagna noodles. Saut?© onion and green pepper in butter. Stir in soup, basil, milk, mushrooms and pimiento. In a 9 X 13 pan, layer noodles, chicken, cheese, cottage cheese and sauce. Repeat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
