Seafood lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- basil - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- Ricotta cheese
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- shrimp - 1/2 lb
- crab meat - 1/2 lb
- scallops - 1/2 lb
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- dry white wine or cooking wine - 1/3 c
- to 9 lasagna noodles, cooked - 8 item
How to make seafood lasagna:
Saute onion in butter until tender. Put into a bowl and add cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix together soup, milk, wine, shrimp, crab meat, scallops and Parmesan cheese.Place a layer of noodles in a casserole dish. Spread with half of cheese mixture, then top with half of seafood mixture. Cover with remaining noodles, cheese and seafood. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes for cheese to set before cutting.
