Ingredients/Components
- each skinned boneless chicken breast halves - 4 (3
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, finely chopped - 2 item
- instant chicken bouillon - 2 tsp
- flour tortillas, warmed - 4 item
- shredded cheese - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 item
- chopped tomatoes - 1 item
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- olives - 1 item
How to make chicken fajitas:
In a plastic bag combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and bouillon. Add chicken (I like to cut my chicken into strips). Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade; grill, broil or quick-fry basting with marinade. Slice into strips after cooking if marinated whole. Place chicken strips on warmed tortillas. Top with cheese. Garnish as desired. Fold and serve immediately.Chicken flavored rice and refried beans make great side dishes with Fajitas.
