Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- olive or vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Mushroom Soup Mix - 1 item
- flour tortillas, heated - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced - 1 lb
- medium red and/or green peppers, sliced - 2 item
How to make chicken fajitas:
In 12 inch, non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat and cook pepper 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in soup mix blended with water. Simmer 2 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve in warm tortillas. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
