Ingredients/Components
- honey - 4 Tbsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- dried chives - 4 tsp
- can pineapple chunks, drained, reserve liquid - 1 oz
- teriyaki sauce Kikkoman baste and glaze - 4 Tbsp
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Pound chicken breasts, dredge in flour and salt. Panfry 10 minutes or until done. Mix pineapple juice, honey, teriyaki sauce and chives together. Pour over chicken, add pineapple and heat thoroughly. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
