Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- shredded cheese - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and cubed
- can mild green chiles - 1 oz
How to make chicken enchiladas:
In a large bowl, combine soup (undiluted), sour cream, onions and chiles. Top tortillas with pieces of chicken, a bit of shredded cheese and several tablespoons of soup mixture. Roll and arrange in greased baking dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas; top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
