Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- cooked chicken - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- small can sliced black olives - 1 item
- can diced green chilies - 1 item
How to make chicken and cheese enchiladas:
Mix all ingredients except tortillas in a pan; heat. In a small skillet heat peanut oil. Dip the corn tortillas in the oil to soften. Put 2 tablespoons of the sauce in each tortilla. Roll up and put in a casserole. Top with the remaining sauce and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Cheese, Chicken, Poultry.
