Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- salad dressing - 1 c
- minced onion - 3 Tbsp
- diced celery - 2 c
- salt or to taste - 2 tsp
- small can peas, drained - 1 item
- Topping:1/2 c
- pimento, cut in small strips - 3 Tbsp
- coarsely broken potato chips - 2 c
- cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces - 4 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix together and place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.Topping:1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese2 c. coarsely broken potato chips Put on top. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted, delicately browned and bubbly. Serves 9 generously.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
