- dried bread crumbs - 1 item
- thin slices cooked ham - 4 oz
- cooking oil or olive oil - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin - 4 item
- thin slices cheese Swiss, Cheddar or Mozzarella - 4 oz
How to make chicken cordon bleu:
Top each chicken breast with ham and cheese. Roll up and secure each with toothpicks. Brush with oil and roll in bread crumbs. Place roll-ups on cookie sheet and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Pork, Chicken breast.
