Herb roasted chicken



  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • each sage and thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make herb roasted chicken:

On waxed paper, mix flour, sage and thyme. Coat chicken with mixture. Melt margarine in skillet. Add pieces of chicken and cook slowly until browned on both sides. Add soup and 1/2 cup water, stirring to loosen browned bits. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over hot cooked rice.
