Chicken pie


Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- sliced green onions - 1/2 c
- cut up chicken - 2 c
- shredded natural Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can drained, sliced mushrooms - 1 1/2
How to make chicken pie:
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle chicken, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400° until golden brown (35 to 40 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate unused pie. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Great way to use up different meats, ham, turkey and beef.
