  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • crushed tortilla chips - 2 c
  • cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
  • large skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make rotel chicken:

Boil chicken until done. Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of chicken soup in a bowl. Mix well. Place chips in 2-quart casserole dish. Cover chips with pieces of chicken, pouring the mixture of tomatoes and soup over this. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven at 350° until cheese melts. Best when eaten hot.
