Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- water chestnuts, chopped - 8 oz
- chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut up - 6 item
- small can Durkee onion rings - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix ingredients with 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with onion rings and bake 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
