Chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- celery, diced - 1 c
- onion, grated - 1 Tbsp
- almonds, slivered - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and diced
- mushrooms, canned - 1/2 c
- rice, cooked 2 c - 1 c
- or more buttered, crushed corn flakes - 1 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all the ingredients together, except the corn flakes. The crushed corn flakes are mixed with melted butter and spread over the whole mixture. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
