Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- can salmon, skinned and deboned - 1 oz
How to make salmon cakes:
Mix salmon, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and paprika. Shape into cakes. Saute them until brown in butter.This goes great with cream of celery soup.
