Salmon cakes



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • paprika - 1/8 tsp
  • cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
  • can salmon, skinned and deboned - 1 oz

How to make salmon cakes:

Mix salmon, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and paprika. Shape into cakes. Saute them until brown in butter.

This goes great with cream of celery soup.
