Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- celery, diced - 2 c
- cream of chicken soup - 3/4 c
- potato chips, crushed
- cheese, grated - 1 c
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 4 item
- chicken, cooked and diced - 4 c
- small jar pimentos, chopped - 1 item
- almonds, sliced - 2/3 c
- onion, dried - 1 tsp
How to make hot chicken salad:
Thoroughly combine all of the ingredients, except for chips, cheese and almonds. Place in a rectangular baking dish and top with the chips, cheese and almonds. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
