Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- sliced celery - 2 c
- noodles - 4 oz
- mushroom pieces or slices - 1 jar
How to make family goulash:
Cook noodles as directed. While noodles cook, cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion tender. Drain off fat. Stir in rest of ingredients, cover and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Kosher.
