Ingredients/Components
- cooked spaghetti - 4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken thighs - 6 item
- celery salt
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cooking oil - 4 tsp
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken and debone; save 1 cup broth. Brown onion and pimento in oil; cut off heat. Add spaghetti, chicken, soup, salts and 1/2 of cheese. Mix well with broth. Put in a casserole dish and top with other 1/2 of cheese and Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 400° until golden brown on top, about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
