Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- green peppers, chopped - 3 item
- cans sliced mushrooms - 2 item
- flour - 2/3 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 4 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
How to make seafood supreme:
Melt margarine. Add onions, peppers and mushrooms and cook until limp. Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk and cook until thick. Add cheese, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add seafood. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
