  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • spaghetti - 6 oz
  • small can mushrooms - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • small jar pimento - 1 item
  • to 8 chicken breasts - 6 item

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Boil and debone (or use boneless) chicken breasts; dice. Dice pepper; saute in 1/2 stick butter. Add flour and milk to thicken. Add 1/2 of cheese, soup, soy sauce, garlic salt, pimento and mushrooms; mix together well. Stir in chicken pieces. Boil spaghetti; drain well and add to mixture. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° until brown.
