- oil - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour - 3 tsp
- self-rising corn meal - 1 item
How to make salmon cakes:
Mix salmon (juice and all) with flour. You may need more flour, it's up to you. Shape into patties and roll in self-rising corn meal. Refrigerate 1 hour. Yellow corn meal is better. Fry in oil; turn and brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
