Ingredients/Components
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cooked Minute rice - 1 c
- diced celery uncooked - 1 c
- mayonnaise or less - 1/2 c
- diced chicken breast, boiled - 1 c
- chopped onion uncooked - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
