- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 1 pkg
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- sliced jalapenos - 1 item
- corn or flour tortillas - 1 item
- Sauce:1 large carton sour cream
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Sauce:1 large carton sour cream1 can Ro-Tel1 can cream of mushroom soup Microwave chicken and cube. Mix ingredients for sauce. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with torn up tortillas. Layer chicken, sauce and cheese twice. Top with jalapenos and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
