  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • jar apricot preserves - 1/2 oz
  • bottle Russian salad dressing - 1/2 oz

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Put chicken pieces in shallow baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with a small amount of water. Pour over chicken and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
