Creamy chicken stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- carrots - 6 item
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- sweet paprika - 1 tsp
- red bell pepper - 1 item
- dash of lemon pepper - 1 item
- bunch bag fresh broccoli - 1 item
- bag noodles vegetable or plain - 1 item
How to make creamy chicken stir-fry:
Brown chicken; drain. Use a wok. Add broccoli, carrots, red pepper and onion. Saute crisp. Add dry seasonings: salt, lemon pepper and garlic salt for 10 minutes. Make sure vegetables are crisp. Do not overcook. Let chicken cool. Take and add teaspoon paprika. Boil noodles until done. Mix chicken, vegetables and noodles together.
