Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • diced celery - 1/4 c
  • slivered almonds - 1/2 c
  • frozen English peas - 1 pkg
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • crushed potato chips - 1 item
  • boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
  • small onions, diced - 2 item
  • chopped chicken - 2 c

How to make chicken and rice casserole:

Combine all ingredients, except potato chips. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes.
