Chicken and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- diced celery - 1/4 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- frozen English peas - 1 pkg
- cooked rice - 1 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 item
- boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- small onions, diced - 2 item
- chopped chicken - 2 c
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except potato chips. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes.In memory of Lorene South Gortney.
