Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- cooked chicken - 1 c
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all but last three ingredients well. Put in baking dish and cover with almonds, cornflakes and dot with butter. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
