- cubed chicken - 3 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- sliced mushroom - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 4 oz
- butter or margarine
- corn flakes - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
How to make chinese chicken casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. butter or margarine1 c. corn flakes1/2 c. slivered almonds Mix all ingredients and put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with melted butter, tossed with almonds and corn flakes; sprinkle over casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
