  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp

  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • diced celery
  • slivered almonds - 1 c
  • chopped, hard-boiled eggs - 6 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • chopped chicken - 4 c

How to make heavenly chicken casserole:

Toss. Put in a large, shallow dish. Top with 2 cups of corn flakes, tossed in 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
