Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- can water - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Minute rice
- frozen chopped broccoli, thawed - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Put melted margarine in baking dish. Add rice, broccoli and chicken. Stir together soup, water and milk and envelope of soup mix. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake 1 3/4 hours at 325°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
