- Minute rice
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- chickens, cut up - 2 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Mix rice, soups and water. Place chicken pieces in a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan. Place rice and soups over chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake 2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
