Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • bacon strips - 1 item
  • whole breasts, boned and skinned, or breast halves may be used - 8 item
  • chipped dried beef or Buddig beef - 1/4 lb

How to make chicken breasts:

Roll each chicken breast with 1/2 bacon strip. Place chipped beef, pulled apart, on bottom of baking dish. Place breasts over beef. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered. (Although, if in oven for a long time, baste occasionally or cover with foil.) Bake for 2 hours at 300°.
