Chicken and green bean casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- stuffing mix - 2/3 pkg
- can cream of mushroom or celery soup - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts, cooked - 2 item
- frozen green beans, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
- soup can of milk or white wine - 1/4 item
- broth from chicken use instead of water for stuffing - 1 item
How to make chicken and green bean casserole:
Line bottom of casserole with beans. Cut chicken into pieces and place on top of beans. Mix milk (or wine) with soup and spread over chicken. Mix stuffing mix with margarine and broth and spread over soup. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
