Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make lemon thyme chicken:
Measure flour, salt and pepper into large plastic bag. Coat chicken in bag. In a large skillet, brown chicken in olive oil. Chop onion; add butter and onion and cook. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes. Place in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish and bake 350° for 40 minutes. Add lemon and serve.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
