  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • lean ground beef - 1 lb

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a pie plate. Cook and stir the ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in the salt and pepper. Spread into pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour on top of ground beef. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
