  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Cook and stir crumbled beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown. Drain and stir in salt and pepper. Spread beef mixture in lightly greased 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over mixture in pie plate. Bake in preheated 400° oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
