  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • chopped broccoli - 2 c

How to make impossible vegetable pie:

Heat 1 inch of water to boiling; add broccoli. Cover and cook until almost tender, about 5 minutes; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, cheese, onion and green pepper in greased 10-inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake in a 400° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
