Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • chopped vegetable broccoli, spinach or cauliflower - 2 c

How to make vegetable pie:

Grease a 10-inch deep pie or quiche plate. If vegetables are frozen, do not cook. If vegetables are fresh, cook 5 minutes. Mix all vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
