Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped vegetable broccoli, spinach or cauliflower - 2 c
How to make vegetable pie:
Grease a 10-inch deep pie or quiche plate. If vegetables are frozen, do not cook. If vegetables are fresh, cook 5 minutes. Mix all vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Vegetarian, Oven.
